Increases the Real Estate Commission membership from nine members to eleven members

Requires at least two commission members to be licensed professional engineers or architects who have been engaged in their profession in Hawaii for at least three years prior to appointment

Maintains existing requirements that at least four members must be licensed real estate brokers with three years of experience

Addresses concerns about aging condominium buildings in Hawaii, with more than half built before 1980 and facing deferred maintenance, structural repairs, and insurability challenges

Takes effect July 1, 2050
