Establishes the Land Dedication for Agricultural Education program requiring real estate developers to dedicate a portion of land for agricultural education programs serving K-12 students as a condition of development project approval

Creates the Land Dedication Special Fund within the state treasury to support innovative agricultural projects proposed by students and educators, funded through legislative appropriations, gifts, and grants

Requires the Department of Education to develop agricultural curriculum including school gardens, farm-to-school programs, sustainable farming demonstrations, indigenous agricultural knowledge, disaster preparedness training, and modern technology integration (drones, hydroponics, aquaponics)

Mandates developers prepare dedicated land with infrastructure including soil preparation, irrigation systems, fencing, greenhouses, and classrooms

Requires DOE to consult with the Department of Taxation on tax incentives for participating developers and with the Attorney General on penalties for violations, with annual reports to the legislature; effective July 1, 2025
