Changes the due date for the Department of Education's annual computer science legislative report from June 30 to October 31, starting in 2025

Allows the report to include quarter four (Q4) computer science data from schools, which was previously impossible under the June 30 deadline

The annual report must detail computer science courses offered at each school by complex area, including student enrollment data disaggregated by gender, race/ethnicity, special education status, English language learner status, free/reduced lunch eligibility, and grade level

Report must also include information on computer science instructors at each school, disaggregated by certification, gender, race/ethnicity, and highest academic degree earned
