Allows chiropractic students enrolled in qualified chiropractic colleges to engage in clinical practice as part of their educational program, provided they are under direct supervision of a qualified licensed chiropractor

Amends Section 442-2 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes to create an exception to the prohibition on practicing chiropractic without a license for supervised students

Requires the Hawaii Board of Chiropractic to adopt rules defining "clinical practice" and establishing criteria for qualifying chiropractic colleges and supervising licensed chiropractors

Section 1 (student clinical practice provision) takes effect on July 1, 2027
