Establishes confidentiality protections for critical infrastructure information received or maintained by Hawaii's Office of Homeland Security, exempting it from public disclosure under the Uniform Information Practices Act (Chapter 92F)

Allows the Office of Homeland Security to share confidential critical infrastructure information with federal, state, and county agencies for security purposes, provided receiving agencies maintain confidentiality

Defines "critical infrastructure information" as non-public information from private entities that could reveal vulnerabilities leading to significant disruption, destruction, or damage if disclosed

Covers information related to actual or potential attacks on critical infrastructure, security assessments and risk evaluations, and operational problems or solutions including recovery and continuity planning

Takes effect July 1, 2077
