Requires all Hawaii public schools to adopt and implement a wireless communication device policy beginning with the 2025-2026 school year that prohibits student use during school hours

Exempts device use for educational purposes authorized by a teacher, emergencies, health care management, and accommodations under individualized education programs or Section 504 plans

Defines "wireless communication device" broadly to include cell phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and gaming devices capable of voice, messaging, or data communication

Sets default student hours as 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for public charter schools and multi-track schools, unless their policy specifies otherwise

Mandates each school publish its wireless communication device policy on its website
