Requires all public schools and public charter schools to have staff trained and authorized to administer epinephrine, with a minimum of one trained staff member per 100 students or per floor of each school building accessible to students, whichever is greater

Mandates prominently displayed signs in school buildings showing symptoms of anaphylaxis and proper epinephrine administration methods

Appropriates an unspecified amount from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to train school staff in epinephrine administration

Directs the Department of Education to adopt rules implementing the new requirements

Takes effect July 1, 2025
