Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 205-2 and 205-4.5 to formally define and permit "farm employee housing" as an accessory use within agricultural districts

Defines farm employee housing as one or more residential dwelling units attached or detached from the primary farm dwelling, limited to 800 habitable square feet per unit

Prohibits farm employee housing from being submitted to condominium property regimes under Chapter 514B, preventing separation of ownership from the farm dwelling

Restricts use of farm employee housing for agricultural tourism or overnight accommodations

Requires agricultural tourism activities occurring on parcels with farm dwellings to be secondary and incidental to bona fide agricultural operations and comply with county ordinances
