Establishes a Climate-Resilient Food Systems Grant Program within the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity to support climate adaptation, resiliency, and food system infrastructure in Hawaii.

Grants will be awarded competitively to agricultural producers (farmers and ranchers) and food and resilience hubs throughout the state.

Eligible grant expenses include special-purpose equipment or technology, personnel expenses and wages, training, and planning or technical assistance services.

Grant applications must detail climate adaptation technologies (such as precision agriculture, renewable energy, water conservation equipment) and plans for expanding production, processing, storage, and distribution of agricultural products.

Appropriates unspecified funding for fiscal year 2026-2027, with an effective date of July 1, 2050.
