Changes restricted use pesticide reporting from annual to quarterly submissions, with reports due within 30 days after each calendar quarter ends

Requires detailed geospatial data (up to one square mile precision) and tax map key numbers for all pesticide application locations, along with pounds of active ingredient applied and percentage of active ingredient

Exempts wood preservative pesticides and pesticides applied by the Department of Health from reporting requirements

Directs the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity to develop an online reporting tool for restricted use pesticide reporting

Appropriates unspecified funds for staffing to conduct county-level education and outreach on new geospatial requirements and to process additional reporting, with an effective date of July 1, 2050
