Requires retail establishments to restrict direct customer access to these products, ensuring only employees can retrieve them, and to request government-issued photo ID from purchasers who appear under 18.

Mandates delivery sellers (including online retailers) use shipping methods requiring an adult signature and photo ID verification upon delivery for these products.

Specifies criteria for determining covered products, including those containing steroids, creatine, green tea extract, garcinia cambogia, or ingredients labeled for modifying weight, fat, metabolism, appetite, or muscle.

Takes effect January 30, 2050.
