Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to identify public lands on Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, and Hawaii suitable for designation as public hunting areas for game birds and mammals by December 31, 2026

Identified lands must not conflict with other existing uses of the public property

Hunting helps control invasive species populations such as axis deer and feral goats that damage native habitats through overgrazing

DLNR must submit a report to the legislature 20 days before the 2027 regular session detailing progress, any non-compliance reasons, and legislative recommendations

Effective date is July 1, 2050
