Extends beekeeper registration with the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity from one year to five years

Establishes nine specific best management practices for beekeepers, including maintaining colonies at least 10-25 feet from property lines, using removable frame hives, providing fresh water, protecting hives from bright lights, managing swarming, and requeening aggressive colonies

Provides liability protection for registered beekeepers who follow industry standards and best practices, except in cases of gross negligence or wanton acts

Requires the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity to advise and support registered beekeepers in adhering to established industry standards

Appropriates unspecified funds for fiscal year 2026-2027 to support beekeeper registration and the department's apiary program, effective July 1, 2050
