Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) or counties must accept complete applications for housing development exemptions within 30 days of submission.

HHFDC must process accepted applications and bring them before the Corporation's Board of Directors within 120 days, unless the applicant requests additional time.

County agencies must process accepted applications and transmit them to the county legislative body within 120 days, unless the applicant requests additional time.

Amends Section 201H-38 of Hawaii Revised Statutes, which provides housing project exemptions from various planning, zoning, and construction statutes and ordinances.

Effective date of July 1, 2050.
