Establishes a Capitol Visitor Center Working Group to study the feasibility of creating a visitor center within the State Capitol or capitol district to serve as a public access resource for residents and visitors.

Working group membership includes co-chairs from Senate and House standing committees, plus representatives from the Department of Accounting and General Services, Legislative Reference Bureau, Business Enterprise Program, and Joint Legislative Access Committee.

Department of Accounting and General Services must provide administrative support, while the Legislative Reference Bureau must assist with report preparation.

Working group must submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2027 regular session convenes.

Members serve without compensation but receive expense reimbursement; working group dissolves on June 30, 2027, with an effective date of January 1, 2525.
