Establishes the Hawaii Dementia Initiative Business Recognition Program within the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to promote dementia awareness and create a dementia-capable workforce.

Requires all current employees of participating businesses to complete a one-hour dementia training session from approved organizations to qualify for recognition as dementia-friendly.

Certified businesses receive a website badge and physical decal/sticker displaying the Hawaii Dementia Initiative certified business logo.

Department must publish a list of recognized dementia-friendly businesses on its website and may promote the program through various media to encourage participation.

Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal year 2026-2027, with an effective date of July 1, 2050.
