Establishes an Illegal Fireworks Enforcement Division within the Department of Law Enforcement to stop importation and distribution of illegal fireworks, promote compliance with state fireworks laws, and protect critical infrastructure

Division will be headed by an administrator with charge, direction, and control over all illegal fireworks enforcement matters, building on findings from the Illegal Fireworks Task Force created by Act 67 (2023)

Appropriates unspecified funds for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 for division operations and reimbursement to law enforcement agencies for personnel, overtime, fuel, equipment, technology, and fireworks storage/disposal

Creates permanent positions including division administrator, state law enforcement investigators, and clerk positions, all exempt from civil service requirements under Chapter 76

Takes effect July 1, 3000 (placeholder date) and sunsets on June 30, 2028
