Allows the Hawaii Department of Health to accept accreditation or certification from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services-approved organizations as proof that home health agencies comply with state licensing inspection requirements

Exempts accredited or certified home health agencies from state licensing inspections if they submit certified copies of accreditation reports and maintain valid state licenses throughout the accreditation term

Preserves the Department of Health's authority to conduct inspections and investigations related to complaints, adverse findings, or periodic validation surveys regardless of accreditation status

Requires survey reports and accreditation or certification letters used for licensing compliance to be public information

Takes effect July 1, 2050
