Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 421I-4 to require standard proxy forms used by cooperative housing corporations to include specific checkbox options for shareholders

Proxy forms must offer four selection options: for quorum purposes only, to a named individual, to the board of directors as a whole (majority vote), or to directors present (equal percentage split)

Proxies returned with no box checked or more than one box checked will be counted for quorum purposes only

Effective date set for July 1, 2050
