Establishes the Kuleana AgTech Pathways Program within the University of Hawaii system to create career pipelines in agriculture and agricultural technology for Hawaii's youth

Requires collaboration between UH, Department of Education, Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity, Agribusiness Development Corporation, Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, and community organizations to administer the program

Mandates establishment of at least one agtech regional hub in each county at a public high school or UH campus, providing county-specific agricultural education and coordination with local farms and businesses for internships and apprenticeships

Program will offer training in climate-smart farming, cultural stewardship, geographic information systems, drone operations, hydroponics, and entrepreneurship, along with dual credit opportunities and a tiered certification system

Appropriates unspecified general funds for fiscal year 2026-2027, with an effective date of July 1, 2050
