Requires the Office of Consumer Protection to develop and periodically publish a "Notice of Tenant Rights" summarizing tenant protections under Hawaii's residential landlord-tenant code and applicable federal/state laws.

Notice must be available in both printed and electronic formats, translated into the most commonly spoken languages in Hawaii as determined in consultation with the Office of Language Access.

Notice must be accessible to individuals with disabilities, including compliance with applicable accessibility standards for electronic documents.

Office of Consumer Protection must review and update the notice at least once per year, or sooner when laws change.

Effective date: July 1, 2050.
