Transfers the rights, powers, functions, and duties of the Aquaculture and Livestock Support Services Branch from the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity to the Agribusiness Development Corporation for matters relating to agricultural enterprises.

Regulatory functions and authority of the Aquaculture and Livestock Support Services Branch remain with the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity and are not transferred.

All officers and employees whose functions are transferred will retain their positions, salary, seniority, vacation, sick leave, and other benefits without requiring civil service examinations.

All appropriations, records, equipment, contracts, and other property related to transferred functions move to the Agribusiness Development Corporation, and existing rules, policies, and agreements remain in effect.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
