Mandates transmission of new business registrant contact information to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism's Business Development and Support Division unless the business opts out.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapters 414 (corporations) and 428 (limited liability companies) to add new sections governing business registration data availability.

Aims to help small businesses connect with local resources by improving public accessibility of business registration information.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
