Prohibits minimum off-street parking requirements for new development or redevelopment projects located within transit-oriented development infrastructure improvement program areas established under section 206E-243

Accessible parking for persons with disabilities remains required under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Housing Act, and other applicable laws

Developers and property owners may still voluntarily provide off-street parking at their discretion

Counties retain authority to adopt maximum parking requirements or other policies managing parking limits in transit-oriented development areas

Effective date is April 19, 2042
