Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to install mineral-based sunscreen dispensers at all state beaches to protect coral reef ecosystems from harmful chemical sunscreen ingredients.

Authorizes DLNR to contract or partner with hotels, community organizations, and environmental nonprofits to maintain, manage, and operate the sunscreen dispensers.

Partners would also help publicize that mineral-based sunscreen is more protective of Hawaii's coral reefs than chemical alternatives.

Appropriates unspecified general fund revenues for fiscal year 2026-2027 for dispenser installation, maintenance, management, and operation.

Builds on Hawaii's 2018 ban (Act 104) on sunscreens containing oxybenzone and octinoxate, with effective date of July 1, 2050.
