Mandates the Office of Elections website display a conspicuous banner, pop-up, or splash page about the voter guide that enables one-click access whenever a current guide is available

Establishes deadlines for releasing the digital voter information guide: no later than 21 days before the primary election and 50 days before the general election

Appropriates unspecified general fund revenues for fiscal year 2026-2027 to cover costs of printing and inserting the additional instruction sheet into mail ballot packets
