Requires the Office of Consumer Protection to submit an annual report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session regarding its actions taken in response to potential violations of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code (Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 521)

Amends Section 521-77, which currently authorizes the Office of Consumer Protection to receive, investigate, and attempt to resolve disputes arising under the landlord-tenant code

Effective date of July 1, 2050
