Requires fundraiser notices to be electronically filed with the Commission, including details on the person in charge, price, date, time, location, and method.

Candidates seeking public campaign funds must electronically file their statement of intent to seek qualifying contributions and submit qualifying contribution statements electronically with their applications. Effective November 4, 2026.
