Requires the Statewide Office on Homelessness and Housing Solutions to annually report on the number of sheltered and unsheltered homeless individuals and those placed in permanent, supportive, or independent housing.

Mandates annual reporting to the legislature on all contracts entered into by the office, including amounts, contractor names, purposes, terms, and performance outcomes in reducing homelessness.

Requires the office to report on coordination efforts with county, state, federal agencies, and private or nonprofit organizations to reduce homelessness.

Adds reporting requirements for kauhale (village-style housing) projects, including plans or proposals to enhance these projects.

Since the office's establishment in 2023, $112,452,080 in general funds and $24,400,000 in general obligation bonds have been appropriated, yet Oahu's 2024 Point in Time count showed a 12% increase in homelessness.
