Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 134-7(b) to add criminal trespass on agricultural land (section 708-823.2) to the list of offenses triggering firearm restrictions

Responds to rising agricultural theft and vandalism in Hawaii, estimated to cost upwards of $14 million including prevention costs

Addresses safety concerns for farmers and ranchers who face confrontations with armed trespassers illegally hunting game on their land

Takes effect upon approval and does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that began before the effective date
