Revises tax map key numbers in Act 307, Session Laws of Hawaii 2022, which directed conveyance of certain lands to the Department of Education from the Department of Land and Natural Resources and the counties of Kauai and Maui.

Removes several parcels from the original transfer list, including Wilcox Elementary School (Kauai) and multiple Maui properties such as Anahola School, portions of Baldwin High School, and Kamehameha III Elementary School.

Clarifies that all property transfers became effective by operation of law as of July 1, 2022, regardless of whether formal conveyance documents have been recorded.

Requires property owners to prepare and record quitclaim deeds or other conveyance instruments to formally document the transfers in the land court or bureau of conveyances.

Exempts these government-to-government conveyances from the conveyance tax under section 247-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and releases the Department of Education from all claims regarding the physical, environmental, or legal conditions of the properties.
