Amends Hawaii's Sunshine Law (Section 92-2.5) to allow any number of board members to attend informational meetings or presentations on board business, removing the previous restriction that limited attendance to less than a quorum

Permits board members to participate in discussions, including among themselves, during informational meetings, as long as no commitment relating to a vote is made or sought

Maintains the requirement that meetings or presentations cannot be specifically and exclusively organized for or directed toward members of the board

Eliminates the requirement for board members to report their attendance and matters discussed at informational meetings at the next official board meeting
