Addresses Americans with Disabilities Act compliance issues at the aging station facilities

The station conducts research on coffee, cacao, orchids, vegetables, forages, and goats, as well as invasive species research, seed production, and Native Hawaiian kalo collection

Appropriated funds that remain unencumbered by June 30, 2028 will lapse; effective date is July 1, 2026
