Establishes the "Senior Safe Zone Act" creating a one-half mile buffer zone around elderly health care facilities where restricted use pesticides cannot be applied, effective January 1, 2027.

Defines "elderly health care facility" as any licensed hospital, institution, or building providing medical diagnosis, treatment, nursing, rehabilitative, or preventive care to persons aged 62 or older.

Exempts whole structure fumigation, invasive species control by the department or university of Hawaii invasive species committees, restricted use pesticides used by the department of health, and pesticides for treating and preserving wood.

Maintains the existing 100-foot buffer zone around school properties during normal school hours for restricted use pesticides, which has been in effect since January 1, 2019.

Requires the more restrictive provision to apply if the buffer zone requirements conflict with pesticide label application instructions.
