Maintains existing payment priority structure where common expenses must be paid first, followed by unit-specific charges, then late fees, legal fees, fines, and interest

Preserves condominium associations' ability to collect on court-ordered money judgments against unit owners

Does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that occurred before the Act's effective date
