Converts the Agricultural Enforcement Pilot Program, originally limited to Oahu and Hawaii islands, into a permanent statewide Agricultural Enforcement Program within the Department of Public Safety.

Removes the July 1, 2028 sunset date that would have repealed the pilot program under Act 235, Session Laws of Hawaii 2025.

Maintains the program structure including an assistant chief administrator experienced in agricultural theft, along with state law enforcement officers and investigators.

Officers focus on theft of agricultural products and commodities under Hawaii theft statutes (sections 708-830.5, 708-831, 708-832, and 708-833), conducting investigations and cooperating with federal, state, and county authorities.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
