Requires Hawaii condominium associations to provide certain association documents electronically to unit owners or their authorized agents at no cost upon request

Expands the list of required documents beyond basic governing documents to include fidelity bond coverage, officer names, managing agent contact information, emergency contacts, and project addresses

Mandates electronic access to key legal documents including articles of incorporation, declarations, bylaws, covenants, conditions, restrictions, house rules, master leases, and sample conveyance documents

Requires associations to provide financial and operational records including the most recent reserve study, audited financial statements, adopted budgets with fee schedules, 12 months of meeting minutes, and 10 years of insurance policies

Takes effect July 1, 2050 and amends Section 514B-154.2 of Hawaii Revised Statutes
