Requires the Department of the Attorney General to develop a human trafficking awareness training program for transient accommodations sector workers by July 1, 2027, covering definitions, indicators, response procedures, and reporting contact information.

Mandates transient accommodations employers and third-party contractors provide training to employees and contract workers within 180 days of employment and at least every two years thereafter.

Requires posting of human trafficking awareness signage in conspicuous locations by January 1, 2028, printed in English and any language spoken by at least 10% of workers.

Requires development and implementation of a human trafficking prevention policy by October 1, 2027, including reporting procedures to the National Human Trafficking Hotline or local law enforcement.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $100 per day for violations and provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for employers and workers who report suspected trafficking in good faith.
