Establishes the Tenant Displacement Working Group within the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to address tenant displacement and relocation caused by affordable housing redevelopment projects

Working group membership includes chairs of Senate and House housing committees as co-chairs, executive directors of HHFDC and Hawaii Public Housing Authority, a tenant advocate, a private developer representative, and other relevant experts

Requires the working group to submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the legislature no later than 20 days before each regular session

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal year 2026-2027 to establish the working group, with members serving without compensation but reimbursed for expenses

Effective date set for July 1, 2050
