Allows any person to petition the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) to review the structural integrity of beach structures that appear imminently threatened by coastal erosion, sea level rise, or storm events.

Petitions must include the tax map key, description and documentation of hazardous conditions, and other relevant information; DLNR must acknowledge receipt and notify the property owner.

DLNR must initiate review within 30 days and complete it within 120 days of receiving a petition.

If a structure is determined to be imminently threatened (likely to be undermined or collapse within two years), DLNR recommends the county order the owner to remove dangerous portions, remediate exposed infrastructure, implement safety measures, and provide a long-term plan.

Effective date is July 1, 2050.
