Revises tax map key numbers in Act 307, Session Laws of Hawaii 2022, which directed conveyance of certain lands to the Department of Education from the Department of Land and Natural Resources, County of Kauai, and County of Maui.

Clarifies that property transfers became effective by operation of law as of July 1, 2022, regardless of whether formal conveyance documents have been recorded.

Removes several parcels from the original transfer list for Maui County, including properties associated with Anahola school, Baldwin high school, Haiku elementary school, Hana high school, Kamehameha III elementary school, and Puunene school.

Requires property owners to prepare and record quitclaim deeds or other conveyance instruments in the land court or bureau of conveyances to formally document the transfers that occurred by operation of law.

Allows the Department of Education to elect to obtain only a portion of identified parcels rather than entire parcels, with parties required to take necessary actions to legally effect partial conveyances.
