Authorizes the Hawaii Department of Education to award high school diplomas to veterans and others who did not complete high school due to military service or wartime disruptions during World War II, the Korean War, or the Vietnam War

Eligible individuals must have been enrolled in a Hawaii high school during specific wartime periods: December 1941-August 1945 (WWII), June 1950-July 1953 (Korea), or August 1964-January 1973 (Vietnam)

Covers both compulsory and voluntary induction into armed services, as well as education interrupted by wartime practices such as internment

Reinstates and expands a similar program that expired on June 30, 2020, which previously only covered WWII-era veterans and internees

Applicants must submit eligibility documentation to the Department of Education on prescribed forms
