Amends Section 329-14 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, which lists Schedule I controlled substances under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, specifically the opiates subsection (b).

Adds new synthetic opioids to the Schedule I opiates list, including beta-methylacetyl fentanyl and meta-fluorofuranyl fentanyl, among other fentanyl analogues and related compounds.

Renumbers existing entries in the Schedule I opiates list to accommodate the newly added substances, shifting subsequent paragraph numbers accordingly.

Covers the scheduling of various fentanyl derivatives, nitazene-class substances, and other synthetic opioids along with their isomers, esters, ethers, and salts to strengthen controlled substance regulations in Hawaii.

Introduced during the Thirty-Third Legislature (2026) of the Hawaii State Senate to update state drug schedules in alignment with emerging illicit synthetic opioid threats.
