Repeals the Hoisting Machine Operators Advisory Board and eliminates the requirement for a separate state crane operator certificate in Hawaii.

Removes statutory definitions of "hoisting machine" and "hoisting machine operator" from the Hawaii Occupational Safety and Health Law.

Extends the timeline for the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to complete discrimination complaint investigations from 90 days to up to 180 days without requiring formal notice of extension.

Requires employee notification only if investigations extend beyond 180 days, at which point the director must provide the expected date of final determination.

Takes effect January 1, 2077.
