Establishes a one-year Family Resilience Pilot Program within the Office of Wellness and Resilience to build family resilience and provide support services to reduce child abuse and neglect risks.

Requires hiring and training five trauma-informed peer support resource navigators to assist a total of 80 families (maximum 20 families per navigator) with enrollment in public benefits, parenting classes, and cultural family strengthening programs.

Targets families meeting TANF or related eligibility criteria, connecting them to community resources, public assistance benefits, housing, education, and employment assistance aligned with their identified goals.

Appropriates unspecified TANF funds for fiscal year 2026-2027 to implement and operate the program, with the Office of Wellness and Resilience authorized to contract with a third-party administrator.

Requires a report to the legislature by 2028 on program outcomes, including families connected to resources, benefit applications, and participation in parenting services; the program sunsets June 30, 2027.
