Requires condominium maps for lands within agricultural districts to include a letter from a county official certifying the property regime conforms to county zoning laws pursuant to section 514B-5

Expands requirements for agricultural district project registration applications to include additional assessments for projects with more than five units OR larger than ten acres, changing the previous threshold of only more than five units

Additional required information for larger projects includes assessment of supportive infrastructure availability, potential impact on governmental plans and resources, and sensitive environmental resources

Prohibits the Real Estate Commission from accepting registration of agricultural district projects without a signed verified statement from a county official

Takes effect July 1, 2050
