Authorizes $13,330,000 in general obligation bonds for fiscal year 2026-2027 for capital improvement projects in Hawaii's 9th senatorial district

Allocates $2,700,000 to Aina Haina Elementary for electrical campus updates ($900,000), air-conditioning for classrooms and staff areas ($300,000), and construction of a multipurpose office and health room ($1,500,000)

Allocates $10,630,000 to Waikiki Elementary for a new multipurpose building with ground and site improvements ($9,450,000) and a covered canopy for the school play-court ($1,180,000)

Appropriated funds will be expended by the Department of Education and will not lapse until June 30, 2028

Takes effect July 1, 2026
