Prohibits DOE from using FY 2026-2027 funds for 11 specified positions including Internal Audit Director ($153,751), Secretary IV ($54,986), seven Auditor Specialist II positions, and three Evaluation Specialist II positions totaling approximately $1.23 million

Prohibits DOE from using FY 2026-2027 funds for $53,530 in other current expenses and $4,995 in equipment related to these positions
