Creates a new class C felony for promoting illegal electronic gambling devices, including "fish games," "fish tables," sweepstakes machines, and similar devices that award value based on chance or a combination of chance and skill.

Declares any building or premises knowingly used for operating illegal electronic gambling devices a public nuisance, subject to civil actions including injunctions, closure for up to one year, and recovery of enforcement costs.

Requires property owners, lessors, and property managers who receive law enforcement notice of illegal gambling to issue cease demands, initiate eviction proceedings, and cooperate with investigations within 10 business days or face civil penalties up to $25,000 per violation.

Authorizes courts to require compliance inspections for up to 12 months following a finding of illegal electronic gambling device use on premises, with refusal subject to contempt proceedings.

Allows closure of chronic nuisance premises (three or more violations in 12 months) for up to 36 months, with requirements for notice, hearing, and written findings before any closure order is issued. Effective March 22, 2075.
