Allows medical cannabis applicants or primary caregivers to make a one-time purchase from a licensed dispensary immediately after submitting their certification form, rather than waiting for registration card delivery from the Department of Health

Limits the temporary purchase authorization to no more than 25% of the standard dispensing limits under section 329D-13

Caps physician or nurse practitioner certification fees at three times the Department of Health registration certificate fee

Directs the Office of Medical Cannabis Control and Regulation to facilitate the temporary authorization process for applicants and caregivers

Takes effect March 22, 2075
